Precision Pipe Welding Equipment Welding Process
Dec 03, 2018

"Innovation is the primary driving force for development. If we fail to solve the problem of driving force, it will be difficult to achieve sustained and sound economic development and double the growth rate." The new era of new requirements, welded pipe machinery and equipment to flow tide, must be innovative technology. As is known to all, welding is an important link in welded pipe machinery and equipment. Different welding methods are selected, and the effectiveness and production efficiency of welded pipe are also affected.

Welding pipe machinery and equipment of 9 kinds of welding process here, Tianyuan help you summarize, choose which kind of welding method, to see the diameter and thickness of the welding pipe, but also to see the welding pipe material, industrial pipe, decorative pipe or carbon steel pipe, turnip green vegetables, each has his own love.

High Frequency Resistance Welding(HFRW)

Using the skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency current, the edge of billet steel strip is rapidly heated to reach the melting state, and the metal is extruded and fused under the action of extrusion roller to realize welding.

Submerged Arc Welding

A method of welding an arc under the cover of a flux. The welding pool solidifies into a welding seam under the protection of the flux coating, and the flux melt layer cools to cover the outer surface of the welding seam with slag shell.

Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG)

Tungsten arc inert gas welding (TIG welding) is formed by inert gas welding of pure tungsten or activated tungsten (thorium tungsten, cerium tungsten, etc.) as the electrode. Under the protection of inert gas, it is a welding method that USES the arc generated between tungsten electrode and welding piece to melt the base material and fill the welding wire.

Fusion Inert Gas Shielded Welding (GMAW)

Inert gas shielded welding using welding wire as the melting electrode.

CO2 Shielded Welding

The fusion gas shielded welding with > 99.8% CO2 was carried out.

Mixed Gas Welding

Gas shielded welding in which a mixture of two or more gases in a certain proportion is used as a protective gas.

Argon arc welding: gas shielded welding using argon as the shielding gas.

Pulsed Argon Arc Welding

Argon arc welding in which the base current is used to maintain the ionization channel of the main arc and the pulse current of the peak polar value is added periodically to generate the pulse arc to melt the metal and control the droplet transition.

Plasma Arc Welding

The method of welding plasma arc with high energy density is obtained by means of the restraint of water cooling nozzle on the arc.

Hot-air Soldering

In the welding process, metal material lower than the melting point of the base metal is used as the solder. The solder and the solder are heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the base metal and lower than the melting point of the base metal. The liquid solder is used to moistened the base metal, fill in the joint gap and diffuse with the base metal to realize the joint welding. The common brazing method of composite steel is induction brazing.
