This equipment is specially used for producingΦ20-89, Square pipe: 15x1540x40 mm, Rectangular pipe: 20x1050x30 mm ,δ0.65-2.25mm high-frequency straight welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe(δ≤2.25mm).The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

2. Main components:
2.1  Uncoiler:
Structure type: Double-side 180orotary hydraulic-pressure expanding tight, which insure steel coil feeding alternatively and make steel strip going into accumulator freely.
Applicable range: 40-160mm steel strip width, 0.65-2.25mm thickness,Φ800-Φ1200mm steel coil O.D., Φ450-Φ550mm steel coil I.D.,Max.2000kgs steel coil weight.
2.2 Shear and butt-welding machine, which insure double steel coil shearing tidily and then welding together and leveling weld seam.
2.3 Vertical Accumulator:
(1) Structure: squirrel-Cage type plate-welded part with automatic feeding and delivery system.
(2) Adjusting method: Manual spiral adjusting.
(3) Accumulating volume: 150-300m.

2.4 Forming, welding and sizing unit:

(5) Sizing device: Mainly fine shaping pipe after welding and controlling size accuracy. Each 6 sets of horizontal roll stand, vertical roll stand, 3 sets of gearbox branch (double connection), and 12 sets of universal shaft. (Structure same as forming device)
(6) Roughly straightening machine frame:
a. Usage: It is mainly used for roughly straightening of finished pipe.

(7) Main driving system:The main unit is connected with main reducer by main motor and transmits power to gearbox branches, then gearbox branches drive upper and down shafts on horizontal roll frame.
